The 19th Food Colloids Conference is happy to announce three awards for young researchers:

• the Young Scientist Oral Presentation Award for an outstanding young  scientist (<30 years old) oral presentation. The award is sponsored by Foods-MDPI.
• the Best Oral PhD Student Presentation Award for the best oral  presentation given by a PhD student. The award is sponsored by Colloids and Interfaces – MDPI.
• the Best Poster PhD Student Presentation Award for the best poster  presentation given by a PhD student. The award is sponsored by ACS Publications.

An independent jury will select the award winners based on scientific innovation and quality, quality of presentation and their answers to the audience questions. The award winners will be presented in the closing ceremony of the 19th Food Colloids Conference.

Attention! Becoming a nominee for the awards is not automatic. Those interested have to apply through the registration system of 19th Food Colloids. The applications system will be available for those interested from the 5th of March until the 5th of April 2024.
